The staff at Broadway Dialysis are very friendly, however, when you actually need them in case of cramping or any other ailment or need, it's difficult to get their attention. Quite often, they'd be sitting not far from you, but on their phone and oblivious to your needs. Once, I asked for tylenol because I was developing a headache, but I didn't get the meds until 45 minutes later. There are also no rules for dialysis patients and their devices or TV volume. Some patients blast their cellular, tablet or TV with no regard for others and the staff says nothing unless you complain. Certain things need to changed. Especially rules for patients regarding respect for other patients. After all, we are sitting in the most uncomfortable chair for 3 1/2 - 4 hours for treatment. We are all there for the same reason. It should at least be a relaxing time without extra frustration. Being on dialysis is bad enough 😒...
