DO NOT GO HERE. This is by far the worst medical office I have ever dealt with. The reception staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, treating even basic questions with an attitude. Worse, they are completely unreliable when it comes to handling prescriptions. I was promised critical information for a time-sensitive prescription nearly two weeks ago—despite multiple follow-ups and calls, I still haven’t received it. They ignore callbacks and give the runaround when the doctor is supposedly available. If you value your time, health, and sanity, avoid this office at all costs.

I scheduled an appointment to specifically see a doctor, and instead my appointment was a regular physical exam with no encounter with a doctor. Then the receptionist said I would see the doctor in 1 month. The staff lied and said I would get my referrals during my physical exam, but that didn’t happen. I don’t recommend this location if you need to visit a doctor urgently. The wait time for a doctor’s appointment is long.
