My boyfriend and I were taking a trip two hours from home, when he had a very scary emergency and he had to be brought here. We were here for 2 nights, 3 days. The staff has been exceptionally helpful, so polite, and very understanding of his condition. Mady, Reza, Desiree, Habibah, Barbara, and Chelsea were all amazing. We had interacted with many more, but those are the only names I can remember. They were all very thorough, explained what they were doing as they were doing, and answered our many questions. It was a breath of fresh air to interact with such great hospital staff. Anyone who works here and is reading this, we appreciate you!! Thank you for helping my boyfriend feel better. You are all heroes!!

The icu team is great, My husband who is supposed to be going home with hospice got moved to the 5th floor, he has wounds on his bottom, they left him in his feces for three hours after being called several times and talked to 5 different aids nurses, they only came to clean him up because of him having to go somewhere else to get a procedure. They have a dialysis port in his grind , but aren’t doing it anymore because he’s waiting on hospice. They are just letting him lay there. If he’s in the hospital he should still be seeing doctors and getting care, until he’s actually able to go home on hospice. The one lady came in to tell me this is why it’s important to be insured, we have been trying. The dr said they didn’t think about it when they sent him across state, that’s where his kidney dr said to go!!!!!!! The drs all just recommended hospice and are leaving him lay there doing nothing else
