New York Physical Therapy Care Pc

I have been to this location before, never had a problem so when my husband needed PT I sign him up there. Before we went I sent in all the paperwork and did the registration online. Someone at the front desk called me to verify his insurance and she was telling me about insurance he had years ago when he was employed. My husband is 75 yrs old does not have that insurance anymore and I conveyed that to her. She said she will very and call me back, she did not. I called the Friday to make sure everything was ok, she was gone for the day and the person I spoke to told me to home in because there is nothing in the computer stating otherwise. My husband had a stroke I took time off from work to come with him and when I got to the office I was told the same foolishness about the insurance he did not had. She went on to lie to me to my face stating that she had tell me to call the insurance. For my husband to go to an appointment I have to call two days ahead to schedule pick up and I have to accompany him. On Friday someone called to confirm the appointment on Monday I was sent a reminder and I’m here today my time was wasted because someone did not follow up and do what they was supposed do. I am hurt and disgusted by this situation.

This is my second go round at the Jag Crown Heights site. Lydia and Sheena are very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They do not hesitate to answer any questions and offer great tips to continue the exercises at home. They have a pleasant demeanor and never make you feel inadequate. They are supportive but will push gently when needed to keep you on track. This place gets 5 stares from me! This is how staff should engage with clients and a business run to keep clients coming and their morale up!
