I went to get a new prescription for my glasses. I was seen the same day. They were fast but also attentive and thorough. It shows how much experience they have, but also how much they enjoy their jobs! They were all so pleasant and a joy to be around. I also ordered new glasses frames with them. I'm very picky when it comes to anything really, and this is no different. They were patient and supportive. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for! they even took into consideration my limited budget. When I went to pick up my glasses, they answered all my questions and handled my concerns with professionalism and care. I hesitated to ask about my minor concerns, but they insisted they wanted to hear me out! I was given extra screws, and nose pads so I had nothing to worry about! I cannot recommend them enough ^u^ I can't imagine anyone doing it better. 10/10
