The team at New York Ophthalmology in Brooklyn provided exceptional care from beginning to end. Every staff member, from the front desk to the nurses and most especially physician, showed outstanding professionalism and made me feel completely comfortable and well informed throughout my visit. Their clear communication, attentiveness, and overall warmth created a smooth and reassuring experience. I am extremely satisfied with the level of care I received and highly recommend New York Ophthalmology Brooklyn.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Bad doctor, horrible service, evil practice. The worst doctor of every doctor I have ever met. He made me wait THREE WHOLE HOURS with a screaming crying 4 month old baby. I am a full-time working mom and had to take zoom meetings while my son cried in the waiting room. Neither the staff nor the doctor could care less. The cherry on top is they only give you a 3 month prescription and do not mention that. They will not renew your prescription without you coming in- So if you run out of contacts, expect to wait another 3 hours.
