I had an excellent experience at this ENT office. The doctor was professional, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a clear and reassuring way. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoughtfully. The staff members were equally impressive—courteous, welcoming, and very organized. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality ENT care with a supportive and professional team.

This is absolutely horrific! The dirtiest and most unsanitary place that calls itself a doctor's office. We live in Forest Hill, and I needed to make an appointment for my mother with an ENT specialist. Oh my god, it was a huge mistake to trust Google reviews. We waited over an hour to see the doctor, and I'm not exaggerating, in slippers on bare feet, in a super dirty office—it was a portal to third-world medicine, I've never seen anything like it. There was a bucket/jug with someone's pus at the bottom on the floor, it was just an indescribable experience. In an hour's wait, I counted over 30 patients. As the secretary said, the wait is long, but the doctor sees patients very quickly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
