Doctor Ahmed is great. No complaints there. But the appointment and scheduling is equal to worst public hospitals. Over last 2 years my average wait time has been at least 1 hour after scheduled appointment time. They must do better with their scheduling. What should be a 20-30 minute visit ends being close to 2 hours. Terrible.

Referring to the Hempstead location, nothing was done. I was supposed to get a EKG done nothing and I waited one hour, I was supposed to be next, and no person walked out and I'm still waiting another 10 minutes on top of that waste of time.
