I was very happy with the professionalism of Dr Tuyama, Nurse Brigette and others during my recent procedure. However, I tried to reach the on call doctor with a concern and they didn't call me back for over 2.5 hours. I needed a timely call back and this delay was very frustrating. Also, a primary reason I chose this practice was location on the West Side. Be aware that all procedures appear to take place at the E 93rd St location.

I am a new patient and I was pleasantly surprised by this office. There was a bit of a wait time, but Tatiana and the rest of the front desk staff were kind and patient. Dr. Weiss was very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, and did not try to rush through the consult.
