Have gone to see Dr. Allen numerous times and he is professional, takes care of the problem and has excellent bedside manners. Do not know about the other podiatrists. The receptionists are not well trained, some are rude,unprofessional. An example is making me wait while she was on the cell phone on a personal call. This office needs to retrain their office staff on patient courtesy.I gave a 4 star minus 1 for reception staff.

The receptionist takes patient calls on speaker phone which is so unprofessional so the whole waiting room is constantly overhearing private patient information. The doctor tried to treat my ingrown toe nail by cutting a big piece of nail of my big toe, but the way they improperly cut the nail caused my toe to be irritated and have pain on and off for months.Then I went to another office for a second opinion and I got the same procedure done again but this time it was done correctly and it actually solved the issue longterm. I do not recommend this office. Dr. Donald Spector on W. 231st in the bronx is the best podiatrist!
