Everything is great—-until you need to call because you never got a notification for a past due appointment, and so after 20 minutes someone says “please hold” they place you on hold—only to hang up two minutes later and then you call back, they answer and you tell them the situation and all they say is “I don’t know what to tell you”….🙂🙂🙂 ig I’ll just go kms then—like what?!?!
