Everyone I’ve spoken with here has been kind, but it’s clearly very unorganized. Two tales of caution: 1) My doctor forgot to submit a new prescription for me to the pharmacy after an appointment, and it took 3 months of hounding the office for to get him to send it. Anytime I called I was put on hold via the system and the call eventually dropped, or I was urged to message via MyChart, where I never received a response. I went without meds for 3 months because of this mistake. 2) Arrived for my afternoon appointment 30 minutes early as asked. After paying the copay, waiting for my appointment time, and being brought to a room 15 minutes late, I was told “the doctor will come to you but it will be over 30 minutes of waiting because they double book all his appointment slots and then both patients show up, so he’s always very backed up.” The workers here are kind and respectful, but it’s clearly an overworked/unorganized system that I would not recommend if you have another option with your health insurance.
