I had an excellent experience at NY Bone and Joint. The administrative team—Christina, Anna, Juliana, and Shaday—were so courteous and professional. They were very thorough with my insurance paperwork and made sure my prescription was called in properly so I could get it quickly. My MRI and PT referrals were also handled efficiently and timely, plus they were great about sending follow-up reminders for all my scheduled appointments. Dr. Efime Popovich and Trocan Davis are clearly very skilled in what they do. They were professional and caring, taking the time to actually walk me through everything for the procedure and explaining several options for my care. They are very personable and knowledgeable about the newer, advanced procedures available. You can tell they really care about their patients. Highly recommend this team!
