Used to be efficient and fast with allergy shots. Since they’ve moved into the new system it seems to take 30 minutes of waiting each time for a single allergy shot. Go back to the paper system. They constantly flip flop between being open on a Tuesday or not. It’s especially bad waiting during the Wednesday lunch cycle. The new front desk staff just doesn’t seem to care anymore about any urgency or efficiency.

I felt blessed to have Dr. Reynolds as my Doctor. She really cared that I understood what was happening. She took the time to explain everything. I felt that she was personally invested in my treatment. I felt scared going into the office and leaving, I felt that I had an advocate who was gonna help me at every turn to be as healthy as possible. I hope that you get the chance to work with Dr.Reynolds. She really did make a difference in my life and I think she will make a difference in your life as well. Fern who helps run the office was very competent and helpful.
