New Heights Dental Office P C

I had an appointment today with my 4 kids and due to a virus we had to cancel the appointment. The receptionist was so rude and very unprofessional and Proceed it to hang up the phone before her stating that if the kids was sick they would have not been seeing today.... with a Receptionist like her this clinic will lose alot of clients... I myself is reconsidering changing dentist. And mind you we are coming form staten island. And the have the nerve to get upset when I told her i can still go even though my kids are sick, she gets Offended.... the ignorance

1st time i was seen by this dentist just for a check up X-rays and discussing what I need. The receptionist is very helpful kind. You need to be patient with them but no complaints from me. I recommend this dentist
