These people really SUCKS here this program used to be good when they had good staffs here I don’t know what kind of staffs they got here now are ridiculous you call them up and they answer they don’t have no communication skills whatsoever you call your child’s psychiatrist doctor they don’t never answers their phone even when it’s an urgent matter are these people for the children or they working only for the paycheck the boss really needs to re staff some of these people

I call the office in some one was pickin up not saying nothing but kept hanging up the calls in the people was rude when I finally got a answer in seem very frustrated please be careful where you send your children.
