DO NOT GO HERE! My appointment was originally for 3pm when the receptionist (WENDY) called me at 2pm asking if I could come in now. I told her I needed 10 minutes because I needed to take out my 6+ studded extremely difficult to remove (real diamond) piercings I have in my ears - to which she proceeded to respond "the uber is 2 minutes away and you can just take them off here". The place is filled with mold on the ceilings and is extremely unsanitary. When I arrive I'm told to wait... not sure why I was asked to come in earlier if there was someone ahead of me. I asked her for a ziplock or envelope so that I could begin removing my earrings to which I was told that they didn't have any.. I was told that I could leave my earrings in a plastic tray out in the open. The receptionist lied about there being a locker room to keep my belongings safe. Once it was my turn the doctor tells me I can keep all of my earrings in for a MRI of the BRAIN! I have never heard of a medical professional allowing anyone to enter a machine with metal on...the dangerous risks are too high. I immediately knew I was NOT going to trust this place and walked out after having a verbal altercation with the front desk receptionist (WENDY) for her nasty attitude and the DR.MIKE'S irresponsible suggestions.

I do not like this place AT ALL. It is located in a windowless basement in proximity to a swimming pool, so the overall atmosphere is dark and dank. The waiting room and screening room seemed a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning and repair. I also had some issues with my appointment. I scheduled it three weeks in advance, but they didn't bother to call my insurance for clearance until the day before. They called me late in the afternoon the day before my appointment to tell me my procedure was not approved. I had taken a day off from work and everything, and I was very angry about this inconvenience. I went to the appointment anyway for the other test, and I had to wait over an hour. I will not go here again.
