Neurology Queens

Everytime we come here,we had really bad experience.They took appointment but they never had that same doctor. They said they give you doctors appointment but when you went inside that’s not a doctor.some one who doesn’t have doctors degrees.

*Lady with long black hair at the front desk, sits 2nd on the left, is extremely rude. I stood at the front desk waiting to check in and people coming in after me are being helped before me. This would be annoying to anyone. So I say, ive been waiting here and other people are being helped before me. She gives me an attitude and tells me I need to sign in on the clip board. First of all why am I being given an attitude? Not sure. I then say well there wasn't a sign thay says sign in here, how was i supposed to know that? She then rudley says "oh you need a sigh for that?" Like its 10am lady, why am I being met with this negativity today already? Why am I being treated like im stupid? Her attitude is absolutely disgusting, not sure why she is in a customer facing role. *update 4/17/26 Made an appointment for a 10am phone call for today and it is now past 10:30am and still havent recieved a phone call from Dr neystat. I had to call the office and they told me she was at the brooklyn location. I called the brooklyn location and they told me she was at the forest hills location. I told them that the forest hills location told me she would be at the brooklyn location and the front desk lady told me maybe she's coming in later and that I had to wait. I made an appointment for 10am because I am not available any other time today, its already almost 11am and have no idea when she will call. What's the point of making an appointment if the doctor doest show up? I should charge a no-show fee for waisting my time.
