Dr. Gross is an excellent dentist. I'm always seen on time yet I'm never rushed and feel like he is laser-focused on me and my teeth. If there's ever a problem, he fixes it and often has a "back up plan". He is also very responsive via phone and email. You can tell that he cares and he always stands behind his work. He is supported by a great office staff but most importantly he is a skilled and reliable dentist. I Highly recommend him.
