I had such a pleasant experience at Couture Optical of Carroll Gardens, and a big part of that comes down to the people. Vlad, the optician takes the time to explain things in a way that feels both thorough and approachable. As well as the other staff Emily and Joanna bring such a warm, welcoming energy to the space. they have a great eye for helping you choose frames that actually suit your style and face shape. It feels more like getting advice from friends than being “sold” something. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this well looked after from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and a genuinely kind team.

Live in the neighborhood and was passing by. I'm not a regular customer but I figured I'd ask for help with a frame adjustment. It's a very nice shop with lots of frames to choose from. The man who helped me (I think he was the owner) was patient and extremely helpful. Great customer service! I will definitely be back the next time I need actual optical help.
