Carol goes ABOVE AND BEYOND !!! Always having issues getting my medication but she tackles it for me, for that I I decided to write a 5 star for her amazing work, and care for the caller and or patient. -Jonathan.

Been going to the place since the late 90’s. I honestly had no problem until recently. Seems like all the therapists say 2-3 years and then leave. I was seeing one doctor here. They have no in person appointment and everything must be via zoom. I was in a bad depression about 3 months ago and told the doctor that I wanted to “end my life “. Instead of increasing my medication she gave me a med that wasn’t even covered under the insurance. Since everything was via zoom, I’ll admit I missed appointments (was having trouble with the internet or at the doctor). Now they came up with some new policy that if you miss a certain amount of appointments, you get kicked out. Yesterday was suspose yo me my last appointment with the doctor. No one bothered calling me. I guess seeing it was my last appointment she just felt like not coming. Not to forget they give you an appointment time and they’re always late (15 minutes or more). It was very insulting that they refused to keep me as a patient and called me a “problem “. Best thing is to find another place.
