I agree with one of the reviewers Laura N. I've known about Nami for years. They didn't have anything to offer then and nothing has changed. I don't understand how when someone needs help there isn't any help or support available. They are unresponsive and out of touch.

This branch of NAMI does not follow through. Don't bother trying to join one of their Zoom "support groups". I reworked my work and personal schedule in order to attend, and no one was there, not even a host/staff member. I feel much worse than I felt before. I hope the staff and management know the impact of their actions--these are people's lives, people in terrible situations, people under immense amounts of stress. If you do not take the responsibility of support seriously, then don't pretend to be supportive. It's insulting, infuriating, and most of all, completely counterproductive.
