This is officially MY DENTAL OFFICE. I had been suffering with an infected wisdom tooth for a month because another office couldn’t see me till Aug 5 (it’s July 15 today) The pain so bad last night that I did not sleep (not even a light nap) jaw ear and throat, I was in so much pain. While in pain I got on google and started searching Emergency Oral Surgeons. Called this place @ 9am, they were able to see me by NOON, the same day, took x rays, had a consult for braces, made impressions. This oral Surgeon/ Dentist is AMAZING ! She was pleasant, extremely professional, & knowledgeable. The entire office staff from the front desk to the hygienist / asst, x ray tech , amazing. I had to ask if they were from NYC.

I would leave zero stars if I could! I never leave reviews, good or bad, but I had to for this one. This place is a scam! They will over charge for everything and are not transparent at all about what is covered by insurance or not. I went in to extract just 1 wisdom tooth and they tried to get me to pay out of pocket $2.8k saying my insurance would reimburse me and they tell me this the day of. They also tried to gaslight saying I was only coming in for an xray and not the extraction even though they had told me not to eat 8 hrs prior etc to be prepared for the anesthesia. I called my insurance and they told me the office knew at least a week prior what wouldn’t be covered. I left that day extremely upset and they said they would call me once “they heard back from the insurance”. It’s been a month now and they have not called me back. I already found another office that is extracting all 4 wisdom teeth for $1750 (for the bone graft and anesthesia that the insurance doesn’t cover which they were very transparent about). And now I just received an EOB from my insurance from claims this office sent them for procedures I did not receive that day!! This place is a money grab, do not go here!!!!
