I am changing my review as I want to express that although I still feel the prices are way too high (prescription) frames starting at $249, I will say that the young lady that is the customer associate was very helpful, professional and courteous. She is my saving grace (sorry I do not remember her name) not on purpose, just my memory.

I had a same day appointment with Dr. Schafran and was so impressed with the whole experience. He was incredibly kind, thorough, and gave me great advice on choosing contact lenses that fit my lifestyle. He also did a full exam for both my contacts and new glasses, and made sure to check my overall eye health including an MRI, eye pressure test, and a detailed check of my eye’s blood vessels. Dr. Schafran took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. I left confident that my vision and eye health are in excellent hands. Highly recommend!
