I was misjudged by this facility...I was attending there for physical therapy...my doctor sent a referral on the conditions of my back showing that I had a bad bone disease and even mentioned that I will be getting surgery soon..in November I requested a high rise toilet seat and never received it from Dr. Zachariah and then requested it again in December and still nothing..again in January and still never received it.. my surgery was in feb...I started to panic I said to myself omg! If I don't get that high riser toilet seat before feb 9th it will be very painful for me to use the bathroom with stitches and staples in my back...so I panic because I still haven't received anything yet. On feb 6th I went online and had to pay out of my own pocket because my surgery was in 3 a more days....right then my instinct said ANDREA BUY YOUR OWN HIGH RISE TOILET SEAT BECAUSE IF I DON'T I WILL BE IN TROUBLE. and so i did I ordered it on Thursday and it came Saturday and I was RELIEVED! because after my surgery Monday morning and it was time to go home and use my rest room ...I said THANK GOD!! I TOOK THAT BIG STEP AND BOUGHT MY OWN...times are hard now and getting hard if my insurance was willing to pay for it...I shouldn't have had to pay out of pocket...this only showed me how concerned dr. Zachariah is about his patience....now I am looking for a new doctor and my granddaughter is no longer attending there and I stopped my sister too that I was introducing to the clinic and told her my story and told her to stay away and find another doctor's office because I wouldn't want my family members to experience what I experienced there neither 💔 😕 😢 So be mindful of what you would be walking into before you change your doctors. Today is feb 17th and I still never received that toilet seat riser....THANK GOD I USED MY INSTINCTS AND BOUGHT MY OWN.

I have had the privilege to select Dr. Muhammad Zakaria as my Primary Care Physician (PCP). Prior to the selection, I have called him and he answered the phone personally even though he was very busy, he dedicated the time and inquiring about me and everything was concerning me, he listened to me attentively and asked many question to know more details and took notes on things and explained to me process and ask me kindly to go and visit the clinic and made me an appointment with him at a later day. I was very touched by how much he cares about his patience and his kindness and sympathy. Moreover, when I called his clinic afterwards, the sweetest and kindest clinic care person (receptionist) named Flora picked up the phone and although the clinic seemed busy (as I can hear the noise in the background), miss Flora with her soft-spoken and kind demeanor explained to me everything in details, answered every question I had, and texted me right after the call to follow up on inquiring about some details to register me in the system. I cannot be more grateful and thankful for how organized, active, professional, sweet, and kind the doctors and staff of this wonderful clinic are. I truly appreciate the great work that they do.
