Withheld the doctor signed prescription, which is an ILLEGAL practice. I only got the prescription written down on a separate piece of paper after asking maybe 6 times for it (but not before the receptionist said "we don't need any прете́нзия"). Receptionist also gave my insurance card to someone else who then left the store and drove away. Felt like an honest mistake and I laughed it off because we got it back, but that was entirely at the good will and schedule of the man with my card, they're very unprofessional. The doctor was great, but the moment I asked for my prescription without buying glasses, everyone looked away. I was prepared to be sold on some glasses, but to withhold the prescription entirely, and so rudely, shocked me. btw the dmv test costs $100 here, the common price anywhere else in the area is $25.
