He is a very compassionate and attentive physician who truly takes the time to listen to his patients and make them feel heard and supported. Dr. Perez Martell allowed me the opportunity to openly discuss my concerns without feeling rushed and demonstrated genuine empathy and professionalism throughout the consultation. He explained the treatment plan and goals clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which helped me feel reassured and confident about the next steps. I have been consulting with Dr. Shawn Jacob over the past few months and he is an outstanding individual. He spent lots of time asking thorough questions to fully understand my situation, and he obviously knows his stuff. The NYCPA office is also worth highlighting - they are amazingly quick to respond to all of my requests, and I feel like my file is in very good hands. I can't stress how important that is when you're dealing with insurance companies and piles of paperwork!
