Dr. Orbuch is amazing! Very friendly and through explaining to patient what happened and what to expect in procedure. Front office staff is helpful too! The billing office is extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to give clarity on costs before the procedure and asked me to call my ins., and after the procedure, they billed me double than what ins. company quoted. When I followed up with ins. company, they mentioned this is actually a contract rate that provider should give to provide clarity so that patient can decide whether to proceed with procedure. When I had my follow-up visit, billing office handed over the paper statement with handwriting “must collect”. I’m sorry, what makes you guys write this??? So I called ins. asking them to get into details since this doubled than estimates, and ins. representative filed the case and said they would get back within next month, and indicated provider can’t force me to pay before that. I therefore informed billing office for courtesy and asked them to wait till the case has the solution. The young lady in the billing office (Elena or something) immediately blamed me saying I need to remember the representative’s name. This is not something you guys are entitled to blame your patient for! Honestly I think doctors could have a better associate to do practice. This associate shouldn’t have existed. Will never visit again

I stumbled onto this page by accident while adding my appointments on google calendar and I am shocked to see many negative comments. I never thought of reading reviews before coming here because initially I was referred by a doctor whom I trust very much to come here. however, to be fair, I feel strongly to share my experiences here. First of all, all the front desk staff were very nice & friendly. I started coming to this practice in the Fall 2022 and to this date , I never had to wait long to see a doctor except for one time I waited 20 min or so in the exam room because there was a situation where two other patients arrived late, and procedures got further delayed. The medical assistant had explained to me the situation very clearly, which is understandable and obviously out of doctor's control. My doctor spent a reasonable amount of time on each visit. The treatment was very effective and with each visit, I got better and healed. The doctor returned my calls every time I had left questions and messages. She was even once went out of her way to call me outside of her office hours, to advise and prescribe an alternative medication. The fact that there are partners in this office is also very beneficial. I saw the other female doctor once when my doctor was on leave and she was very nice also. True, the office looks a bit out of date ( but that's cosmetic and not a reason that would stop me from coming here) however it is clean and functioning.
