Worst service ever. My dad who has medicare insurance they bill him for a service that is not covered. I have been calling the office over six month now the front desk rep cannot tell me why the service was bill or not covered as she stated she don't do billing and I cannot speak with the billing dept. They are very incompetent and seem to have no customer service skills. Everytime I call she would say to disregard the bill as they will rebill with a different cpt code which is now almost a year and they just lie as the service was never rebill.They should just close their office since no one seem to know what they are doing and cannot help the patients when they have questions so I am not sure what is their purpose to work there when they seem very incompetent.
