i walk in as a new patient unsure of where to go and reception was nasty to me and didnt even ask if i needed assistance. all three receptionst at desk in their phone, not helping patients. if you need physical therapy go somewhere else, i was in severe pain and they offered a heat pack ! i said oh no, you dont have to charge my insurance for something i can do at home. They didnt even do an evaluation on me, just gave me the option of heat pack or exercises. if im in intense pain, i cant do any exercises. they never evaluated my pain but they lady could see i was in intense pain. 0 out of 5 stars.

I would give this place a ZERO, or nagetive star if there is such choice on google. First of all, this clinic has no ethic of professionism at all. The doctor went to other doctor office as backup. Later, this office called every patient asking them to go to their office directly for services. What do you call this? It's STEALING! Secondly, they asked you to pay first before you see the doctor. I paid my co-pay. Then, the insurance claim report came. I found out that they over charged insurance company for the service performed. And I do not even need to pay copay for that visit. I asked the office to refund me back the co-pay. They just push me among different parties, billing, manager, etc. And never return my calls and return my money. Finally, I spoke to the person who did the billing. He told me that this office never give refund. I was saying you are over charging insurance company, I will report you for the insurance fraud. He said go ahead, it will take 3 years for them to investigate.
