I’ve been attending mulit pain specialty Managment for a few years now and I have had good time and And bad Times when it comes to the management staff on both locations in the Bronx and Astoria, but I must say, since Bessie has taken over at the Astoria location, my experiences along with her staff, her presence and her overall management style have been exceptional when I say exceptional, she goes above and beyond to make sure that your experience upon entering that location is Wonderful mannerisms her demeanor she leads by example whoever Hyatt Betsy made a wonderful choice and shout out to her team that supports her and running that location! they work together they eat together and they connection is amazing when it comes to supporting their patients. This stays are short and it’s just overall a wonderful experience and I couldn’t let the day go by without Sharon how much of an amazing experience and amazing people they are at that location in Astoria shout out to all of them thank you!!!

The freaking worst. Had a bunch of people waiting, doctor was supposed to be there at 9:00, it was 9:30am and no information of whereabouts. Very unprofessional! Wasting others’ time.
