I recently completed a series of sessions at this physical therapy office, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The facility is impeccably clean—everything from the treatment room to the waiting area felt spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease, especially during recovery. The staff is truly outstanding. Every therapist I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing physical therapy

Love it here! I've been going to SportsMed PT in Hackensack for a couple of months now and it's been one of the best PT/Chiropractor experiences ever! I have never followed through on any PT treatments- ever- but I am looking forward to completing this one and that alone says a lot. First of all, I almost blocked this blessing because I called to make a same day appointment the first time I went. They were able to squeeze me in at 3pm on a FRIDAY, so I ended up waiting an hour and ALMOST left. I don't know who I thought I was but that's honestly fair given it was a same day appt on a Friday. I even caught a bit of an attitude 😬 but Preshav was super professional and kind as he explained how everything works. He could tell I was annoyed, but did not let that deter him in anyway! That day, I only intended to see a chiropractor for the pain I was in, but I ended up doing PT and acupuncture as well and it has been such a game changer. Needless to say, I got the relief I needed. I left in a super relaxed daze. It was just what I needed. Na-Lee, who does acupuncture, has opened my eyes to many connections in the body that I never put together; she is very sweet and really knows her stuff! Dr. Lee, in my opinion, has miracle psychic hands 😆 but seriously, you can see and feel that she is well established in her field. The entire team here cares and it shows. I could literally name them all, but this is already a lengthy post. Every single one of them exceeds the expectations of their role. Truly. From the genuine friendliness and concern, to the customer service, to the knowledge of their corresponding areas, I really think they're doing an excellent job taking care of people and showing them how to live pain free. The front desk ladies Larissa and Thalia (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) are on top of business and make life super easy also. I see them getting rides for people, booking appointments, answering phones and questions and more. Having been a hotel front desk manager myself, I would totally hire either one of them for my team for sure. Grateful to have found this place! Keep up the great work guys!! ✨
