Cannot complain about my experience with the company or staff, from day one everyone I have encountered from the moment I made my first phone call to them has been great towards me. I enrolled with them, came in contact with several employees for different reasons and they have all treated me with respect. The coordinator assigned to my case has always helped me anytime I might have had an issue and she’s GREAT. Yes, they go through lots of busy, high call volume moments but apart from that I consider myself lucky. Thank you Caring Professionals and shout out to Jackie from the Bronx office ♥️

I STRONGLY recommend going else where. This company lacks professionalism, calls aren't returned , I've been waiting since February 2025 to start reinstate the process and Dominique is yet to call me back. Very disappointed unfortunately I have to look elsewhere.
