This is my first time in a very long time leaving a negative review for a company but for what I have experienced this was necessary! I first made an allotment for a April for a yearly check up and when I arrived for my 9am appt the front desk reception tells me that the doctors called off and all appts are canceled and they did not have my phone number or insurance card to call and reschedule ! I calmly accepted the gave the information and rescheduled for May 7th at 10am and she printed the apportionment for me on paper. Today I’m here on May 7th at 10am and the receptionist is clueless and tells me the same thing that the doctors are not in and didn’t even see my appt on her log ! She even called me by another client name! I had to show her the printed appt slip that she printed and handed to me in April! I wasted my only day off two month straight for her to tell me the same excuse with and tell me the next appt available is in June. You don’t know what I could be going through physically and playing these unprofessional games with someone I’m not right ! I had to show her my appt slip for her to tell me she sorry multiple times! The other thing that I don’t understand is that there were other people in there being seen by other doctors! I don’t Understand the miscommunication and unprofessional behaviors of this office but this was not right in any way and I hope no one else experience this !
