I had a wonderful experience at Northwell Health Labs on Mason Ave! I was extremely anxious about having my 8-month-old's blood drawn since it's often difficult to draw blood from a baby. Fortunately, I had an amazing phlebotomy technician named Desiree who made the process smooth and stress-free. She was very skilled—my baby didn’t even make a sound, and there were no tears! Additionally, the entire team there is fantastic. Christina, Nicole, Esther, and Wan Ling were all very kind, reassuring, and supportive throughout the entire process. They worked together seamlessly, helping to distract and calm my son, and easing my anxiety. I left feeling so relieved and grateful. Thank you to the most amazing group of ladies I've ever encountered!

i love northwell but this last experience i had was terrible. i came in for a 10:15 appointment and waited over two hours to be seen. i saw that it was packed and just chalked it off to them being understaffed. the waiting room finally died down so i decided to check with the front desk. they claimed they didnt have any of my paperwork and didnt know i was even here for an appointment. i checked in when i first arrived at 10am. they started to scramble around to put me into a room to wait and be seen and now im waiting AGAIN for the doctor. worst experience.
