They have some of the worst staff I’ve encountered, specifically Gloria. The lack of empathy and emotional intelligence is astonishing. I truly cannot stand people who are so miserable that they feel the need to make everyone else’s day miserable too.

Absolutely unorganized, they make their patients wait for an unbearable amount of time. I scheduled my appointment for the morning and was not attended until 3 hours later. I was put in a waiting room then called on, just to be taken to a smaller waiting room. What is the point of an appointment if I will not be attended along the same hour that we agreed for me to be seen??? I am now leaving the hospital after being in there for 5 HOURS!! THIS IS INSANE. The front desk in the 6th floor seem to dread the job as well. They constantly have an attitude with the patients. Even the ones who ask simple questions… this hospital needs to do better. On top of that, I had to wait for a paper to be printed for 30 mins. There’s only a few staff that actually do their job well. Go to a different hospital, this is hospital needs to learn how to function properly. I would give this 0 stars if I could.
