This doctor office deserves to be shut down. I use to go here being that it was within the area. Horrible doctors and incompetent nurses all around. I would typically go in to get checked annually and for blood work. They would hold my blood work results for hostage and would refuse to share the results with me over the phone and would force me to set up an appointment to discuss blood work results. Most typical doctors (like my previous doctor before coming here) would follow up on blood work results with a phone call discussion and would provide the results for visibility online, but not here. That’s because they want to squeeze out as much money as they can from your insurance provider and/or out of your pocket by having you come in for another appointment to go over blood results since it would be billed as they can’t bill/charge for a phone call. I had explained to them numerous times that I have a full time job that doesn’t simply allow me to take off work often, which would make it difficult to come in for a follow up visit for results. They still would refuse to understand my circumstances and withheld my results for months until I completely changed to a different doctor’s office. They act as if we are in the 1900s with their deceptive practices. This office does not care about your health and rather the money in your pockets. Stay away from this doctor’s office and make them lose patients! Worst experience I’ve had. Never again.
