Mount Sinai Hospital

Called 4 times left multiple messages but no one ever reached out to schedule a simple follow up appointment … told me I have to come in person 2 hours all the way from Brooklyn to schedule. Doctors are great but the scheduling team is a nightmare.

Worst hospital I ever been too, left me in a wheelchair for 14 hours after asking several times to place me in a stretcher being that I would be there for a while, nurses and doctors in the night shift were not sympathetic or caring. One point I asked for a blanket at least to make myself comfortable she told me that she has to go to a separate unit and wouldn’t do that. Ridiculous!!
