Moshenyat'S Gastroenterology O.B.S., P.C.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at Dr. Moshenyat’s gastroenterology office. I was told to arrive at 12:00 PM for my procedure, but I had to wait for over an hour and a half without any clear explanation. What made it worse was the attitude of the front desk staff, especially Nina. She was rude and disrespectful when I tried to speak with her, and instead of helping, she focused on correcting how I addressed her. Her behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. Dr. Moshenyat is a kind and professional gastroenterologist, but unfortunately the front desk staff—especially their attitude toward patients—really takes away from the overall experience.

Skam. The appointment is at 5:30. There are 13 people in front of you. So you'll be seeing the doctor in three hours. You ask - why you gave me appointment on 5:30, and the answer is a mumble. Not recommend.
