Moshe Katzenelenbogen Physician, Pc

Been going to him for over 10 years as my PCP. Ever since Covid or around when his secretary left-it’s gotten only worse. Now he has these new secretary/nurses that literally want to do anything except their jobs. I haven’t been able to make a proper physical appointment in 2 years since all they do is redirect me to specialists and hang up on my face. I couldn’t even get any prescriptions for medications when I was sick because the staff literally did not want to work. Love the guy he’s a great doctor, but the new staff are just a cancer killing his practice. I’m sorry but its time for me to move on to another physician.

It is always a heartwarming experience to see Dr. Katzenelenbogen. We have been his patients since 1988 and he is the kind of a doctor who really cares and provides all the right advice in a warm and caring atmosphere. His office is always a pleasure to deal with and he is a kind of an old-fashioned doctor that almost does not exist in our fast-passed life
