I have been coming to this practice for about 5 years. I was not told when my first doctor left columbia and when the second doctor apparently transferred to spend most time at the Riverdale practice. Doctors are competent. NP not so much. Senior administrators - should all be fired. This is a practice that runs on avoiding legal problems and saving money. Idea of patient care is absent. 1) On NP Jihyeon Lim - I just wanted something stronger for my persistent cough that was not clearing up. She ended up talking about nature of fluid discharge when I blow my nose. I told her no blood and also that I do not inspect fluid when I blow my nose. Seems she had so little sense of her role this was all she could talk about. Very sweet, very conscientious, mindblowingly stupid for what was not a big deal. Only reason to have nurse practitioner must be cost. What a waste of time. I am 70 years old, I have never been asked about what discharge is when I blow my nose. And I was calling about persistent cough. Interview was for her to feel helpful. No capacity to hear simple reason why I was calling.and deal with it. No respect for my time. The most stupid interview I have ever had with medical personnel. Very sweet, trying very hard, but I advised her to sit in on some interviews doctors carry ou. to see what to do. Penny wise, pound foolish. You are an accident waiting to happen. Only way I could get a response was writing a very bad review. This is something I am not being forced to do again.
