I’ve been a patient of this practice for many years and they have always been accommodating and remarkable especially Ashley Biondo, PA. But recently I had several bad experiences, and I’m still trying to figure them out; I’ve had several emergency Eye surgeries to prevent blindness and the temporary office manager refused to Get me in for the EKG required by the hospital nor did she allow me to speak to the doctor or the PA I begged her hours calling her back-and-forth. It made me so nervous it raised the high pressure which we’re trying to reduce . To make matters worse, the new nurse Adrianne seems to dislike me as she is continually disrespectful one minute and then sweet and gentle anothe. There’s something very strange about her. I’m sorry, but in the medical profession, personal feelings should not be a part of good professional medical care. My feeling is everything seems to have changed since the doctor took on concierge patients so I assume if I was In the program paying $1000 a month then I would get the Care that I once received from this practice. That’s really horrible. We can’t afford that so that means I now have to look for another doctor because I never get to see him anyway. .
