I hope Dr Jing attends to the phone issues. Thats step 1 of being accessible to your current and future patients. The service providers and massage therapists are professionals, kind and caring. The guy at the front desk who picks up the phone should be removed due to his uncivil conduct. Out of sheer vindictive behavior, he blocks patients from scheduling appointments or will hang up. Extremely rude. I hope Dr Jing, while on her vacation, cares to read how her long time patients are being treated at the hands of unprofessional male staff. Thanks a lot. I would have given 5 stars but was hesitant with the ongoing conduct of the staff.

Dr and staff were very kind, experience was very therapeutic, but I didn’t get ANY info on what was wrong with me, only that I had to come back for more sessions. No herbs either. Additionally, I was given a cream I was told specifically was not a steroid, only to google it later and find out it was a steroid. Seemed nice while I was getting treated but I will go to a different practitioner for further care.
