Do you wonder why such a rating . Well check out this short clip. I arrived to get my hands xrayed and no one was in that secured division .Door left, wide open and I never got my hand X-ray taken .Best of all is the lab next door staff drew blood but failed to incorporate all ordered parameters and then the new resident / fellow calls to tell me I need to return and I will be charged for the lab redo . How intelligent of her ? I won’t be paying for these labs and a redo is their fault and correction to be made by them and zero copay is what I should get for their “ wonderful staff “ who needs better training as I was the only patient in there too .
