The staff at this clinic do not respond to emails, my chart messages. My appointments continue to get rescheduled for specialist because they do not know how to support patients who require electronic referrals. I have been a patient at this clinic for many years and lately it has gotten worse. I am in need of changing clinics. Any referrals would be gladly appreciated. Your health will suffer waiting for someone to get back to you for a referral.

The staff is always helpful, very friendly, very attentive. They're multilingual, a fact that they speaks Spanish and English, but I have heard them speak also other languages. Wich helps to the community. My PCP Dr.Tavarez is a very friendly and patient person. (Trust me on that part since she deals with me and I am not an easy person to deal with) she gets 10/10. Place gets 9 because of the auto sign panel it is way to low for the average person to be able to use it properly.
