Northwell’s scheduling and communication practices at their Rego Park location have been consistently unreliable and deeply frustrating. I’ve had multiple appointments cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute, often with no proactive communication, forcing me to rearrange work and personal obligations repeatedly. Getting clear information requires constant follow-up, and there’s been little accountability or urgency from the staff to resolve these issues. This pattern shows a clear lack of care or respect for patients’ time and well-being. If you need dependable, patient-centered care, you may be better off looking elsewhere.

Doctor quality: bad Wait times: circle of hell Not only the worst Northwell, but the worst doctor office I have ever dealt with. You have a less than 50% shot of reaching the person you need in your first couple of calls. When I was there, I waited for 2 hours to be seen for shoulder pain. The doctor asked if I scheduled online but I did not, and gave a half ass apology. Then he gave me a half ass diagnosis in 2 minutes for my shoulder, sending me to physical therapy. Good thing I didn’t listen to him and went to an orthopedist, because I did not need to see a physical therapist, it was a bone bruise of the shoulder socket.
