Went to the emergency room today for heart palpitation and was there for more then 3 hours they did blood work and an ekg was told everything was good but when o asked more questions the doctor told me to talk to my primary physician I had questions I needed answers for and he just brushed me off that was very unprofessional of him I know I wasn’t the only patient there but damn a few minutes of your time and I couldn’t ever get that after being there for that many hours they need to do better

Honestly I’m a bit confused. The waiting area is clean but the inside is like a jail room. On this particular hospital I have been taking my kids for care but I’m having trouble thinking of going back. Some area of the hospital look good but they have bad employees and the one that looking bad, have some good people work. I was trying to tell about a specific are of this particular hospital but when you look it up, it’s only shows the general information. My wife took one of my kids to have an x-ray and she was so disappointed of the way they treated her and the way it’s looked. I don’t have photos to show because my was told me about it but I have been there myself. The photos attached only shows the nice part of it. My kids Doctor only saids good morning if she is taking care of any kid. I found her on the elevator the other day and no good morning or Acknowledgment. She knows very well whom we are. That’s is our Doctor that the said is good, imagine the other. One of the nurses was taking blood out of my youngest and it was like playing a game because she was going in and out not finding the vena. After a little while she finally decided to get help, regardless we were requesting another appointment one.
