I am very disappointed with my experience at this facility. On two separate occasions, I came to use the swimming pool as part of my paid membership and was denied access because they said the pool was already full due to swimming classes. As a paying member, I should be able to access the amenities included in my membership without having to compete with others just to enter the pool. This is especially frustrating because I only attend one swimming class and one yoga class per week, so I barely use the facility otherwise. What makes the situation even more unfair is that when I tried to cancel my membership because of these issues, I was told I could not because the contract is for one full year. It is very frustrating to continue paying for services that are not consistently available to members. I hope management improves the system and treats members more fairly.
