My daughter went there and saw the pediatrics that were there throughout the majority of their existence before they close down permanently and it was pleasant experiences. The wait time was decent receptionist was decent. Everything was decent. They were top notch elite service.

An amazing experience with both my doctor and my girls doctor. However, the front desk can use a bit of customer service training. To think that their face and their reaction will be the first when coming to this clinic. It is important that its the best impression. My experiences with the front desk is alway horrible when dealing with an individual. She has reminded me today why I try to avoid any kind of encounters with her. She is rude and not kind at all. She addressed me with her finger instead of saying excuse me Ms. I'm hurt and extremely disappointed at the way she interacts with me and many other patients here. Its sad to know that I second guess calling or going because I don't want to have to deal with her. She seems as if she doesn't want to deal with anyone and speaks to patients as if they should know everything. The only reason I stay is because of Dr. Mena and Dr. Yu.
