I had my prenatal appointment today at 3:15. Granted I arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time. Nonetheless, at 4:05 I got up and asked a front desk staff how much longer. Her response was you have 3 patients in front of you, plus you arrived early to your appointment. When I asked to reschedule I was given an attitude. Then I asked for my medical records go to another clinic and they tried to give me the run around. Never going back to this place. Eveeeer.... rude staff and unprofessional

One of the worst doctor offices out here. You will make an appointment to see a doctor lets say at 12pm, but won't be seen till maybe 4pm or closing. I have come here for years and whether it be I am ill or just a physical I wait an entire day here to be seen. Unacceptable as a doctors office. The amount of people waiting is just crazy. Yes there are different doctors but each dr. Has 30 people waiting. I never had an issue with the staff they have had customer service training, they are friendly rarely you get an unpleasent person. I find this unjust. I cannot believe they continue to take new patients and yet barely can make time to see the patients they already have.
